In order to book your appointment, we will request a deposit of 50% of the total appointment cost to be taken at the time of booking. (Everyone is loving this because it means on the day you only have 1/2 to pay!) The request is sent automatically by text message with a link to a secure site by our booking system (we use Stripe). The salon does not have access to your card details at any time.
If this is not possible we will make your appointment and then request a deposit at the latest 72 hours before your appointment time to confirm and hold that appointment for you. Failure to respond at this stage could mean your appointment will be cancelled to give us a chance to resell that time slot.
An automated appointment reminder message will be sent by sms text 48 hours before your appointment time and must be replied to to confirm or cancel your appointment. You only have to reply Y or N Failure to respond could mean your appointment is canceled to give us a chance to resell that time slot.
If you wish to cancel your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice to give us a chance to resell that time slot. If you have cancelled within the 48 hours your deposit will automatically be refunded back into your account or if you wish held as a credit for future appointments.
Cancellations after 48 hours – we reserve the right to keep the deposit or if you are making a future appointment we will put it as a credit for your future appointment plus the remaining 50% will be required.
If you do not show for your appointment and haven’t contacted the salon we will need you to pay the full cost of the service and you may be removed from the salon clients list and database.

Please let us know if you are going to be late for your appointment, we can usually allow for a few minutes, however we may have clients after your appointment and this impacts on their time.
So if you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to cancel your appointment and apply the above terms as a no-show.
